12V Cordless Drill

 

Most of the major manufacturers produce a 12v cordless drill and so there is plenty of variety to choose from.

 

A good quality 12v drill will have variable speed settings, adjustable torque which is a measure of turning force and a forward and reverse setting.

 

Battery life is an important consideration so look for the largest Ah ratings and if available Li-ION battery technology. See our battery guide for a fuller explanation of the types of battery available..

 

Personal experience pushes us to reccomend especially the DeWalt 12V or the Makita 12V cordles drill although there are many opinions so we are not neccesarily right. ( but often are)
